ABOUT US

The men of Provision of Promise Worship Center (P.O.P.) are a diverse fellowship which reflects the diversity of the Kingdom of God. This is an awesome time for men to connect with God and each other.

Pastor Butler’s purpose for these gatherings is to provide men with the tools to understand what it means to be “complete in Christ” because your walk with God impacts your family and generations to come. To unite men in Christ and bring them into their true identity of Sonship within the Kingdom of God.

VISION
Vision

"More sweat in the Word! Less blood in the Battle!"

  • To empower men to be all that God has called them to be; and this empowerment will come through bible study, annual gatherings of empowerment, and the establishment of a Joseph and Daniel Company to train and equip the men of God to operate within society economically.

  • To empower men to reach the lost and disenfranchised men within our community across ethnic and cultural lines; because men today are in a battle. It's a battle without understanding the weapons that God has already given them, but a battle all the same. It's a fight for our families and our future.

As iron sharpens iron,

So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.

Now the days of David drew near that he should die, and he charged Solomon his son, saying: "I go the way of all the earth; be strong, therefore, and prove yourself a man. And keep the charge of the Lord your God: to walk in His ways, to keep His statutes, His commandments, His judgments, and His testimonies, as it is written in the Law of Moses, that you may prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn;"

- 1 Kings 2:1-3
